Bravado represents a privately-held A.I.-first CRM company that is more highly rated than Salesforce and HubSpot on G2 (4.8), ProductHunt (5.0) and Glassdoor (5.0).

This 75-employee, Series B firm ($64 million in total funding), which has more than 2,000 active clients worldwide, is seeking a Product Specialistto coach prospects and customers through every step of their journey. This is a remote role, although you must live in either the San Francisco or New York City metro area.

Solution

Our client’s core product is a flexible, collaborative CRM (Customer Relationship Management) platform designed for modern teams, particularly in startups and growing businesses.


Unlike traditional CRMs, which often require rigid workflows and data structures, we focus on adaptability, allowing users to customize the platform to their unique business needs.

Role

* Individual contributor role, working from your home office in either the NYC or SF metro area.

* $110k to $130k base, commensurate with previous achievement and experience. Plus, equity in an early-stage tech company on an incredible trajectory.

Why is this role important?

As a subscription software startup, we only succeed when our customers can quickly learn, adopt, and get value from our product. We spend a lot of time building a simple and intuitive product, but we know there’s no replacement for getting help from a real-life human being when you’re learning a product for the first time.


Our Product Specialists are the first helpful and friendly face that our customers meet. They work directly with founders and operators helping them set up our CRM. As product experts, they are our most critical touchpoint in making customers, early-stage high-growth startups, successful with our product.


We are particularly interested in hearing from you if you have:

  • Direct customer-facing experience deploying, selling, or managing complex products or services
  • Customer-facing experience solving business problems with technology
  • Comfortable designing and explaining solutions using SaaS concepts like APIs and JSON, and integrating systems using code or iPaaS solutions like Zapier, Tray,io, IFTTT, etc.
  • Some professional or academic experience with 1 programming or query language (Javascript, Python, SQL)
  • Comfortable working independently in an unstructured, fast paced, environment with shifting priorities

You will join a small but mighty team of CRM experts that coach prospects and customers through every step of their journey. We straddle the divide between technical and non-technical teams, and are as comfortable in a room of engineers as we are with marketers and sellers.


We are endlessly curious and perpetual question askers. We’re intent on understanding the ins and outs of our customer’s businesses, the needs of their teams, and the motivations of each individual we work with.


We are builders who may dabble in development, definitely tinker with iPaaS, and help push the bounds of what’s possible.


Perhaps most importantly, we are teachers and two-way conduits of information between our product team and our customers. We write, speak, and present about our product, how it works, and what our customers achieve with it. We also share stories and feedback with our product and engineering colleagues to help them understand our customers’ needs.


What are the role requirements?

In this role, you will be expected to:

  • Work directly and independently with our new customers via video call, email, and live chat to ensure their success
  • Design and develop programs to support customer onboarding at scale e.g., user guides, documentation, onboarding emails, office hours
  • Identify accounts where there is opportunity to expand our impact and footprint, and collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to nurture that growth
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams (e.g., support or engineering) to address and resolve customers product issues
  • Gather client feedback and insights to contribute to the continuous improvement of the product

What does the hiring process look like?

Our hiring process is designed to help us identify people with critical thinking and analytical problem-solving abilities. We will test for excellent customer communication skills and your technical level, in search of no-code experts, basic programming skills and people who are comfortable with APIs and JSON.

Salary : $110,000 - $130,000
