Bravado represents a privately-held AI-powered Financial Close SaaS company that has helped supercharge financial growth for Wealthfront, Betterment, Clearbit, and many other cutting-edge companies.

This 30-employee, Series A firm ($38 million in total funding), which has earned a 4.8 rating on G2 (40 reviews), is seeking Business Development Representatives to generate net-new meetings from a diverse set of companies with between 250 and 2,500 employees. This role is based in their sleek San Francisco office near Salesforce Park.

Solution

Our client has built is an AI accounting automation platform, built to take manual work off accountants' plates so they can focus on what’s impactful.

The solution is currently used by hundreds of private and public companies to organize their close, automate reconciliations, and leverage AI for auto-drafted flux explanations and technical accounting research.

Role

  • Individual contributor role, reporting to the BDR Manager and working from their San Francisco office.
  • 70k to $90k base salary, $90k to $130k OTE, uncapped.
  • Comp plan includes company equity and best-in-class medical coverage.
  • We’re seeking a top-performing SaaS SDR who is looking for that stepping stone into an AE role. 6 months to 2 years of B2B outbound experience is required.

    About the Role

    We’re growing fast — and are looking for a creative and driven founding BDR to join our marketing team to accelerate our outreach efforts.

    As the founding member of the BDR team, you’ll largely write the playbook for future generations of BDRs and will flex your creative muscles to think about how to open doors for our sales team to have strong conversations with potential clients.

    In this role :

  • You’ll learn to quickly capture attention on the fly, both by mastering cold calling or through hyper-personalized email and LinkedIn messages.
  • You’ll manage creative campaigns for accounts that could be a good fit for us — thinking about the right message to send, how to reach out, and how to experiment to get better over time.
  • You’ll field customer conversations for anyone interested in our free product and a sub-set of demos, honing your ability to communicate about our product and navigate sales conversations.
  • You’ll keep potential clients interested when the timing isn’t yet right, nurturing and building relationships with them with invites to events and sending along updates.
  • You’ll work closely with all of the go-to-market team, getting first-hand insight into the marketing, growth, sales, and partnerships teams.
  • If successful, you’ll have substantially contributed to our growth and have laid the groundwork for others to join the BDR team.

  • You’re a recent grad (0-3 years of experience) interested in joining a high-growth start-up (and directly contributing to that growth!). You have a hypothesis that sales or marketing could be a strong fit for your skill set and are excited to dive straight in.
