This 30-employee, Seed Funded firm ($8.5 million in total funding), which is used by more than 15,000 businesses and 100,000 users, is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to help its new Head of Sales optimize sales processes, drive department efficiency, and maximize company revenue. The team works from their Austin office 3 days a week (typically Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday).

Role
- Individual contributor role, reporting to the Head of Sales and working from their Austin Office.
- 130k base salary, $154k On-Target Earnings (OTE).
- Comp plan includes company equity, best-in-class medical coverage, and a 401(k) with company match.
- You have 3 years of experience designing, implementing, and administrating a high-powered Salesforce CRM for a fast-growing company.
- Experience with Outreach, ZoomInfo, Chorus, or similar technologies is required.
- You will also develop training materials and train the team on best practices, processes, and tools to enhance performance and efficiency.
- Our ICP is blue-collar (owners, operators, maintenance managers, so it’s helpful to have experience with – or a passion for – that profile.
