This 30-employee, Seed Funded firm ($8.5 million in total funding), which is used by more than 15,000 businesses and 100,000 users, is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to help its new Head of Sales optimize sales processes, drive department efficiency, and maximize company revenue. The team works from their Austin office 3 days a week (typically Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday).

Role

  • Individual contributor role, reporting to the Head of Sales and working from their Austin Office.
  • 130k base salary, $154k On-Target Earnings (OTE).
  • Comp plan includes company equity, best-in-class medical coverage, and a 401(k) with company match.
  • You have 3 years of experience designing, implementing, and administrating a high-powered Salesforce CRM for a fast-growing company.
  • Experience with Outreach, ZoomInfo, Chorus, or similar technologies is required.
  • You will also develop training materials and train the team on best practices, processes, and tools to enhance performance and efficiency.
  • Our ICP is blue-collar (owners, operators, maintenance managers, so it’s helpful to have experience with – or a passion for – that profile.

    A leading provider of Maintenance Management software solutions is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Sales Operations Manager, you will be responsible for optimizing sales processes, driving efficiency, and maximizing revenue through data analysis, system management, and strategic planning. This role will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and finance teams to streamline operations and support the achievement of sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales operations, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

    Responsibilities will include

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve sales productivity.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for improvement.
  • Manage and optimize sales systems, including CRM and sales analytics tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between sales, marketing, and finance initiatives.
  • Create and maintain sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance dashboards.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on sales processes and systems
  • Develop training material and train sales teams on best practices, processes, and tools to enhance performance and efficiency.
  • Develop & maintain new hire onboarding processes and documentation.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline sales operations and increase scalability.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas of success and improvement.
  • Assist in the development of sales compensation plans and incentive programs.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to senior management regarding sales performance and trends.
  • Minimum Qualifications

  • Significant experience with Salesforce.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in sales operations or a related role.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales automation tools.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or similar tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on collaboration and problem-solving.
  • Self-starter, sound decision-making skills, and a strong focus on attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Outreach, ZoomInfo, and / or Chorus.
  • Experience with onboarding and training.
  • Advanced degree in business, analytics, or a related field.
  • Experience working in a software-as-a-service (SaaS) environment.
