About the Role :

BNW Services is working with a leading construction firm seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager with a background in MEP, Electrical, or General Contracting . The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of project management experience and mission-critical / data center expertise .

This role is a career-defining opportunity to work with an industry leader in offsite manufactured solutions, modular power systems, and large-scale MEP projects . The company is actively expanding and managing projects valued at $100M-$200M , offering a dynamic and high-growth environment.

Job stability and leadership skills are critical, as this individual will be responsible for leading teams and handling technical client inquiries.

Key Responsibilities :

Project Leadership & Execution :

• Oversee data center and mission-critical construction projects from planning through completion.
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, and subcontractors to deliver high-quality, on-schedule projects .
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, schedule, and budget requirements .
• Provide technical oversight and guidance for modular power and MEP systems.

Base Salary : $90,000 - $140,000 DOE
