We are seeking a seasoned Mission Critical Project Manager to oversee data center and mission-critical construction projects. The ideal candidate will have 10 years of experience in managing complex MEP-intensive construction projects, with a strong background in budget management, scheduling, contracts, risk mitigation, and team coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and communicate effectively with field supervision, subcontractors, and vendors to align with project schedules.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, consultants, government authorities, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Administer financial aspects of contracts, purchase orders, and subcontract agreements.
- Build and maintain strong client and project team relationships to ensure successful project outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 10 years of experience in data center, mission-critical, or complex MEP-intensive construction projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline (preferred).
- Proven business acumen, with a track record of successful project profitability and client relationship management.
