The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing healthcare construction projects exceeding $50 million , with strong leadership skills and a commitment to quality, safety, and project success.
Key Responsibilities :
- Project Leadership : Oversee healthcare construction projects from pre-construction through completion, ensuring project goals, timelines, and budgets are met.
- Client Management : Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for project updates and issue resolution.
- Team Oversight : Lead and mentor project teams, including Senior Project Managers, Project Engineers, and field personnel.
- Budget & Financial Management : Manage project financials, including budgets, cost control, and profitability.
- Risk Management : Identify potential project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure project compliance with industry standards and safety protocols.
- Strategic Planning : Develop and implement project execution plans in collaboration with internal stakeholders and subcontractors.
- Quality Assurance : Ensure all construction meets client expectations, code compliance, and industry standards.
