Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations within our dealership environment. This position involves handling cash transactions, providing excellent customer service, and assisting with various administrative tasks to support the daily functions of the dealership.

Responsibilities

• Process cash transactions accurately using a cash register and maintain proper cash handling procedures.
• Assist customers with inquiries and provide information about products and services offered by the dealership.
• Utilize retail math skills to manage sales transactions and ensure accurate pricing.
• Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and management to foster a positive work environment.
• Drive vehicles as needed for valet parking or customer service purposes.
• Maintain organized records of transactions and assist in inventory management as required.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient service delivery.

Skills

• Previous experience in a dealership setting is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
• Proficient in retail math for accurate transaction processing.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
• Exceptional customer service skills, demonstrating patience and professionalism in all interactions.
• Ability to drive vehicles safely for valet parking duties when necessary.
