Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all spaces are welcoming and safe for occupants. Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas to ensure a hygienic environment.
- Dispose of trash and recyclables in accordance with company policies.
- Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, reporting any shortages or maintenance needs.
- Follow established safety procedures while using cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Assist with special cleaning projects as needed, such as deep cleaning or event preparation.
- Ensure all areas are left in a clean and orderly condition after completion of tasks.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions effectively.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Good physical stamina; must be able to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
- Familiarity with cleaning products and equipment is an advantage.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
