Responsibilities
- Assist with flooring installation, ensuring proper techniques and materials are used.
- Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently as required on job sites.
- Participate in remodeling projects, including demolition and reconstruction tasks.
- Support construction estimating by providing accurate measurements and material counts.
- Utilize Bluebeam software for project documentation and collaboration.
- Engage in restoration projects, applying skills to restore structures to their original condition.
- Perform basic electrical work under the guidance of licensed professionals.
- Assist in concrete forming activities, ensuring proper alignment and support for pours.
- Apply caulking and plaster as needed to finish surfaces and improve aesthetics.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in construction or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with flooring installation techniques is a plus.
- Experience operating heavy equipment is advantageous.
- Knowledge of remodeling processes is beneficial for project execution.
- Proficiency in construction estimating practices is desirable.
- Familiarity with Bluebeam or similar project management software is a plus.
