Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food Service Worker to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a clean and efficient kitchen environment. You will be responsible for food preparation, serving, and maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene. Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas, ensuring all health and safety regulations are followed.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving and storing food supplies.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Utilize POS systems, including Aloha POS, to process transactions accurately.
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.

Requirements

• Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing inventory.
• Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food handling practices and kitchen safety protocols.
• Experience with POS systems is preferred; familiarity with Aloha POS is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
• Previous experience in food service or related fields is an advantage but not required.
