Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Food Runner to join our dynamic team in the fast-paced environment of our restaurant. The Food Runner plays a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive their orders promptly and accurately, contributing to an exceptional dining experience. This position requires excellent communication skills, a strong sense of hospitality, and the ability to work collaboratively with kitchen staff and servers.
Responsibilities
- Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to guests in a timely manner.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down banquet events as needed.
- Ensure that all food orders are accurate and meet quality standards before serving.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables after guests leave.
- Help with restocking supplies as needed throughout the shift.
- Provide excellent customer service
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Attendance is a MUST when scheduled
- A positive attitude and willingness to help others, including fellow staff members and guests.
- Must be able to stand for long periods and carry trays of food or beverages as needed.
