About the Role :
A well-established HVAC company with over 30 years of industry experience is seeking a skilled HVAC Estimator to join our team. This role is responsible for preparing accurate and competitive quotations and proposals for commercial HVAC projects , coordinating with vendors, and supporting technicians with cost analysis. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, experience in HVAC estimation , and proficiency in industry software such as Sage and Bluebeam.
Key Responsibilities :
Estimating & Cost Analysis
- Prepare detailed quotations and proposals for commercial HVAC projects .
- Generate estimate sheets and ensure accuracy in pricing, labor, and material costs.
- Contact vendors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing on materials and equipment.
Coordination & Communication
Software & Documentation
Qualifications & Experience :
3 years of experience in HVAC estimation, cost control, or project bidding .
Strong understanding of HVAC systems, commercial construction, and mechanical estimating .
Proficiency in Sage, Bluebeam, and other industry-related software .
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and bid specifications .
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and fluent in English .
Highly organized, detail-oriented , and able to manage multiple estimates simultaneously.
Ability to work on-site in Miami, FL (Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts).
Compensation & Benefits :
Salary : $50,000 $75,000 per year (DOE)
