Duties
- Greet drivers as they approach the toll booth and provide clear instructions for payment.
- Handle cash transactions with precision, including accepting payments and giving change.
- Maintain accurate records of daily transactions and report any discrepancies.
- Assist customers with inquiries or issues related to toll payments or directions.
- Ensure the toll booth area is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding any operational concerns.
- Utilize retail math skills to manage cash handling efficiently.
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to assist non-English speaking customers.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service roles is preferred, particularly in environments such as retail or dealerships.
- Familiarity with cash registers and cash handling procedures is essential.
- Experience in valet parking or similar roles can be beneficial but is not required.
