Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve daily goals and maintain high standards of customer service.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company policies.
- Handle cash register operations, including cash handling and processing transactions accurately.
- Provide exceptional valet parking services, ensuring customer satisfaction at every interaction.
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Utilize retail math skills to manage inventory levels and assist in stock management.
- Collaborate with management to implement strategies for improving team performance and customer experience.
- Assist in training new employees on operational procedures and customer service standards.
Skills
- Strong driving skills with a valid driver’s license.
- Excellent customer service abilities with a focus on creating positive experiences for clients.
- Proficient in cash register operations and cash handling procedures.
- Experience in valet parking services is preferred but not required.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- Knowledge of retail math concepts for effective inventory management.
