THIS IS A REMOTE POSITION BUT WE ARE CURRENTLY SEEKING CANDIDATES IN THE SACRAMENTO METRO WHO ARE WILLING TO MEET IN PERSON FOR SUPERVISION Responsibilities : Conduct virtual therapy sessions with adult clients throughout California, utilizing evidence-based modalities to address emotional and spiritual concerns.Collaborate with clients to develop individualized treatment plans that align with their goals and values, while embodying the innate qualities of Self.Specialize in addiction recovery and support clients in healing from religious trauma and abuse.Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client sessions and progress in compliance with legal and ethical standards.Participate in regular supervision, training, and professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.Foster a safe, inclusive, and affirming therapeutic environment that encourages clients to explore their emotions and experiences openly.Embody Authentic Self Energy and Self-led qualities, serving as a role model for aspiring therapists within the Brave Soul Therapy Collective.Qualifications : Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or related field.Current BBS pre-licensure registration in California as an ASW, AMFT, or APCC.Minimum of 5 years clinical experience (including pre-licensed experience), with a focus on adult therapy. Other customer service experience will be accepted in lieu of 5 years clinical experience. Experience working with clients dealing with addiction, religious trauma, and abuse preferred.Strong understanding of trauma-informed care principles and evidence-based therapeutic modalities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish therapeutic alliances with clients.Proficiency in utilizing teletherapy platforms and technology for virtual sessions.Commitment to ongoing professional development and self-care practices to maintain personal well-being and clinical effectiveness.Benefits : Competitive compensation package $40-$50 an hour additional pay equaling 50% - 60% of session. Full time means 30-32 hours per week which includes 25 sessions and 5 administrative hours.
