As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in providing behavioral therapy and support to children with ASD. Your expertise in patient care, data collection, and diagnostic evaluation will be essential in developing and implementing effective treatment plans to help children become more independent, self-advocate, and better navigate their world. Qualifications
Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis
BCBA Certification
At least 1 year experience working with children with Autism
At least 2 years experience in the ABA field
Responsibilities
Support your behavioral technicians
Collaborate with our speech and OT team
Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations of individuals with autism
Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and client needs
Provide direct behavioral therapy services to clients, implementing evidence-based interventions
Collect meaningful, reliable data and ensure treatment fidelity across team members
Create goals for skill generalization
Be available to answer questions from technicians working with assigned learners
Complete documentation in a timely manner
Oversee the restricted hours of 1-2 clinical assistants
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including speech and occupational therapists to ensure coordinated care
Train and supervise behavior technicians in the implementation of treatment plans
Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients' families, offering education and resources for managing challenging behaviors
Be willing and able to supervise others seeking
BCBA certification weeklyWrite 6-month progress reports to secure insurance funding

Brave Wings Therapy is a therapist-owned pediatric private practice located in Fairfield and Andover, NJ. We specialize in Speech, Feeding, Occupational, and ABA Therapy. Our company mission is to provide exceptional care through every step of the therapeutic process.
Our ABA program uses a holistic approach while also offering supplemental classes such as art therapy, music therapy, movement therapy, food play, yoga, and much more! Our center- based ABA Program is anticipating an expansion in 2024 with opportunities for leadership and growth!
