Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Netskope Technical Consultant to support the global rollout of a Netskope solution for a large-scale enterprise. The rollout will focus on implementing and configuring key security functions such as ZTNA, SWG, and Cloud Firewall for approximately 100,000 users.
As part of the project team, you will play a hands-on role in ensuring a stable and reliable implementation. You will work closely with technical teams, provide operational support, and contribute to solution design, testing, automation, and troubleshooting.
This role requires strong expertise in Netskope, proactive problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide consulting on solution design and best practices for Netskope implementation.
· Offer hands-on operational support to ensure smooth deployment.
· Develop and execute connectivity, performance, and functionality tests.
· Configure and optimize security policies, rule sets, and integrations.
· Troubleshoot technical issues, identify dependencies, risks, and potential errors.
· Support automation and scripting efforts for operational efficiency.
· Conduct user training and technical knowledge sharing.
· Provide technical support for users post-implementation.
· Maintain and update technical documentation for operational reference.
Required Skills & Experience:
· Proven project experience in planning and implementing Netskope solutions.
· Strong hands-on expertise with ZTNA, SWG, and Cloud Firewall.
· Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
· Experience with automation/scripting (e.g., Python, PowerShell) is a plus.
· Ability to work collaboratively within a project team and follow an agile methodology.
· Strong communication skills and ability to train users on security policies.
Work Conditions:
· Remote role based in the USA (East Coast preferred).
· Travel required to various sites across the US as needed.
· Must be able to work full-time (8x5 hours per week) and align with project timelines.
· Coordination with a parallel consultant in Germany to cover European and American working hours.
