Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Teams Engineer at Brave. The Senior Teams Engineer will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions to bridge technology gaps and improve citizen services experience for government agencies. While the role is based in Bethesda, MD, some work from home is acceptable.
Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Teams Voice
- Strong SIP Knowledge, Interpret SIP Ladder Diagrams
- Troubleshooting Call Quality Issues Real Time in Microsoft Teams
- Experience with Direct Routing - Cisco CUBE
- Cisco UC Experience in addition is preferred
- Microsoft Teams development and administration
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation
- Strong skills in network and security technologies
- Experience with Azure cloud services and infrastructure
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Industry certifications in relevant technologies are a plus such as MS 721
