Summary of the position :
- The Video Production Specialist serves as the primary video contentproducer for all Church related ministries pre-produced / post-producedcontent, capture, and distribution. This position is responsible for all mattersrelated to post-produced video content, storytelling, and image quality atBRAVE Church. This position oversees, leads, and supports all staff,contractors, creatives and volunteers for countdowns, bumpers,testimonies, podcasts, etc. This position requires a qualified individual withcompetencies in pre-production planning, video production, capturing,editing, content delivery, leadership, organization, team building, problemsolving, self-starting and collaboration.II. Experience and Knowledge Required :
- Ability to work with a team guided by biblical truth
- Ability to tell a story with visuals and audio
- Experience and working knowledge of video editing software : AdobePremiere or Davinci Resolve, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator andCinema 4D is a plus
- DSLR and Cinema Camera Experience
- 4K workflow or greater experience
- Ability to teach and train volunteers
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work on and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyIII. Essential Functions and Responsibilities :
- Primary Duties : o Serve as the lead video producer for all video content creation,management & distributiono Edit, produce and publish video content for BRAVE Church and itsministry partnerso Edit, produce and publish all podcasts for Pastor Jeff Ministrieso Edit, produce and publish all testimonials and God at work storieso Help create social media content for BRAVE church and Pastor JeffMinistrieso Lead, train, and develop staff and volunteers in all areas of video prepost-productiono Capture high quality / 4k footage during live events such as services,events, First Tuesdays and students
- Secondary Duties : o Work with leaders to pre-produce, shoot, edit, and deliver high qualityvideo content for services, events, ministries and social mediao Maintain digital media file archive system of all BRAVE related videocontento Assist in the creative planning process, design, and content delivery formajor eventso Perform regular maintenance of equipment, troubleshooting and / orrepairing video related equipment as problems and / or issues ariseIV. Work Hours and Benefits
- Full-time hours (40 hours weekly expected)
- Pay based on experience
- Must be able to work Sundays
- Flexible with the ability to work an irregular schedule, including eveningsand weekendsV. Attributes & Qualifications :

- Multi-site church production experience
