Primary Responsibilities
Builds and maintains tools for deployment, monitoring and operations as well as troubleshoots and resolves issues within AWS environments, including network, storage, and compute-related problems. Automate routine operational tasks, ensuring efficiency and reliability in day-to-day operations. Monitor system performance, network, and application logs to detect potential issues and ensure in maintaining 100% health of AWS infrastructure. Implement security best practices (like managing permissions and encryption) to keep data safe and control who can access resources Set up alerts and dashboards to monitor system performance and generate reports to track usage and costs. Expertise in System Manager for patch management and handling vulnerabilities. Engage with AWS support and other third-party vendors when necessary to resolve critical incidents

Required Qualifications
5 years of hands-on experience with AWS Infra and services including Amazon Connect , Lambda, CloudWatch and Kinesis. 5 years of experience in CI/CD pipelines and integration with in GitHub and Jenkins3 years of hands-on experience in IOC tool : Terraform ( in terms of writing Terraform scripts and Command Line)3 years of knowledge of cloud security practices and AWS IAM roles/policies. 3 years of experience in designing/integrating REST APIs with third-party services
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of programming in Python. Automation of deployments/ packages using Ansible. Familiarity of Telecom domain or contact center Operation setup including call routing, IVR systems and Agent Softphone.
