Role: AWS Test Lead/Pyspark (Technical Test Lead)

Work location: Irvine, CA

Salary Range: 60k - 85k

Our Client is seeking for a AWS Data/ Test Lead (PySpark)

As a AWS Test/data Lead. You will act as a validation and quality assurance expert and review the functionality of existing systems. You will conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy & design and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes. You will also be required to design an optimal test environment to simulate real-time scenarios. Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• 4 years of Information Technology experience
• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Irvine, CA or be willing to relocate to this location.
• Good Communication skill

Preferred Qualifications:

• Develop Test Strategy, Test Scenarios and review with pod leads and business 
• Knowledge of Agile methodology, sprint planning, PI planning
• Experience of working in cloud platforms
• Experience of working with Airflow and AWS services like S3, Athena, EMR, cloudwatch
• Well verse with AWS-Cloud methodologies
• Proficient in SQL 
• Contribute to team agile planning activities and represent the team in all activities/meetings
• Create E2E integration model- Has been primarily involved in developing the Test Strategy, implementation of automation framework and managing the testing deliverables. 
• Outstanding analytical, decision-making, problem solving and management skills with the ability to organize activities in fast speedy team environment.
• Implemented TDM Solution to achieve automated data provisioning - Test Data on Demand, Synthetic Data Generation, Data Profiling and Data Refresh
• Has strong analytical and communication skills, technology expertise

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
