As the DevOps Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our Release Engineering and infrastructure management practices. This position demands a mix of technical expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for operational excellence in a dynamic environment. You will collaborate with teams across Operations, Production Engineering, App & Infra Security, Test, and Development to design and implement comprehensive end-to-end solutions. Your role is crucial in simplifying and enhancing our build and delivery systems, making them more reliable, scalable, and efficient. You will be at the forefront of adopting new technologies, optimizing configuration management, and automating processes.
Key Requirements/Minimum Qualifications:
- BS or MS in Computer Science or related field.
- 5 years of experience in infrastructure Development/Administration/Release/Deployment/Application Engineering.
- 3 years in developing and automating solutions in Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery and infrastructure automation.
- Proficiency in Terraform for infrastructure as code, and experience with Chef/CloudFormation is good to have.
- Strong experience in Cloud technologies, particularly AWS.
- In-depth knowledge of DevOps pipelines using Azure DevOps and processes.
- Comprehensive understanding of IT Security and related audits.
- Proficiency in scripting languages: Bash, Ruby, Python, PowerShell.
- Solid experience in Linux/Windows administration and shell scripting.
- Experience with Trunk Branching methodologies and best practices
Familiarity with the build and deployment process for JavaScript, .Net Core, Java (Maven), and Python
