- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
- Good Stakeholder management & onsite/offshore coordination.
- Good analytical skill to analyze and find the root cause.
- Experience with Agile methodology- Well versed in using HP ALM / JIRA as a testing tool.
- Domain / Product expertise: Extensive hands on, functional experience and understanding. Must have working experience in Commercial Lending Domain.
- Must have minimum 3 years of working experience in Loan IQ with good knowledge loan IQ functional model.
- Should have a strong understanding of commercial lending origination and servicing lifecycle.
- Must have working experience in test planning, design and test execution of SIT, UAT and E2E testing.
- Experience of API, data and report validation
- Experience of product upgrade, migration and modernization program is preferred.
- Experience in using Selenium (Java/Python) or Eggplant for automation testing.
