Bravera Bank is hiring for a full-time Internal Operations Support in Mandan, ND. This position is responsible for a variety of accounting, financial, and clerical duties. A successful candidate will perform posting or balancing, filing, calculating and other bookkeeping/ accounting operations as assigned.

- Able to provide customer service and navigate Silverlake and 4sight to help assist with customer research.
Duties and Responsibilities

- Contribute to the overall success of the organization by leveraging opportunities as they relate to all entities of Bravera Holdings Corp.
- Must maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism regarding all employee and customer issues and information.
- Provide customer service on the phone and in person, answering bookkeeping questions and assisting customers as necessary.
- Posting, balancing, filing, calculating and other bookkeeping or accounting operations.
- Perform specific bookkeeping duties as assigned.
- Assist other departments of the bank by answering Internal Operations questions and helping with research projects.
- Responsible to know and follow current bank policies and procedures related to the bookkeeping and operations area.
- All Operations Support personnel are tasked with additional responsibilities. Examples of additional duties for a Bookkeeper/Operations Support II distinction include: wire transfer processing, overdraft processing and daily bank fund settlements at BND and the Federal Reserve Bank.
- Responsible for promoting the organization in the community through participation in various civic and community events, activities, committees, and organizations.
- Adhere to all banking rules and regulations, including but not limited to the requirements of the Bank Secrecy Act. In addition, the employee will be proactive in the prevention of illegal activities, will vigilantly look for activities that may constitute any type of fraud including money laundering, and will report any suspicious activity to the BSA Officer.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: An acceptable combination of education and work experience.
- Skills/certifications: Basic computer knowledge.
- Experience with customer service.
