Bravera Bank is hiring for a Treasury Solutions Consultant in Dickinson, ND. A Treasury Solutions Consultant advises business customers to the utilization and understanding of various Bravera’s treasury solutions, including merchant processing, remote deposit and business credit cards.
Measures of Success
- Assisting with Account Set-up and Maintenance
- Customer Relations- Ensure customers have a positive experience
- Be a trusted Advisor by effectively communicating and listening to customers.
Duties & Responsibilities
(50%) Account Set-up and Maintenance-
Perform set-up, maintenance, or delete user profiles as necessary.
- Conduct annual reviews of existing Digital Customers.
- Secure and verify agreements, applications and authorization forms needed to process and add, update, or remove permissions and access levels.
- Back-up to Treasury Specialist
(50%) Customer Relations-
- Ensure that customers have a positive experience.
- Assist small- medium business customers in the implementation and utilization of Bravera’s Digital products and Merchant Processing, RDC, SmartPay Complete, and Business Credit Cards.
- Assist customers over the phone or in person with digital questions while providing exceptional service.
- Provide training to new digital customers on products.
- Assist with training internally on digital products and assisting with the training of new digital staff members.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless product integration and resolution of customer concerns.
- Support Treasury Solutions Officers in preparing presentations and materials for customer meetings.
- Meet or exceed Treasury goals by directly advising business solutions and services to new and existing customers.
Additional Responsibilities
- Travel as needed for product installations and customer support.
- Contribute to the overall success of the organization by leveraging opportunities as they relate to all entities of Bravera.
- Must maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism regarding all employee and customer issues and information.
- Fully understand and adhere to current banking regulations, policies, and procedures related to digital banking compliance and overall safety and soundness.
- Responsible for promoting the organization in the community through participation in various civic and community events, activities, committees and organizations.
- The employee will adhere to all banking rules and regulations, including but not limited to the requirements of the Bank Secrecy Act. In addition, the employee will be proactive in the prevention of illegal activities, will vigilantly look for activities that may constitute any type of fraud including money laundering, and will report any suspicious activity to the BSA Officer.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably treasury management, banking, or related roles or a combination of education/experience that would enable incumbent to meet the accountabilities and required competencies of the position.

Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
