The main objective of this position is to develop relationships with Property Managers, to ensure a high standard of quality is being met, to sell enhancements or additional services and to gain contract renewals.

Job Title : Commercial Landscape Account Manager
Location : Rockledge, FL
Compensation : Targeted at $65- 75k base salary plus commissions on new sales and enhancement sales, healthcare, vehicle, cell phone, laptop, PTO.
Position Summary
- Manage a book of commercial properties who receive landscape maintenance services from our company
- Communicate with clients on various observations about their properties which will improve their properties.
- Obtain contract renewals for continued service
- Selling new maintenance accounts and enhancements.
- Inspect properties for quality control and to make sure the company is meeting the contractual obligations
- Daily management of crew and equipment
