Job Title : Low Voltage / Electrical Project Manager

Duration : Long Term Contract

Location (Project) : ​ Lebanon, Indiana.

Anticipated Hours : 40 - ​50 hours per week.

Role Summary :

The LV Project Manager will be responsible for conducting constructability reviews, conceptual estimating, consultation, bid / change order pricing, project management, change management, and coordination with project teams for technology and building automation scopes of work. This role is ideal for a subject matter expert with strong leadership, communication, and project management skills to effectively integrate technology scopes into selected projects. Candidates must be able to make decisions within defined limits of authority and consult with supervisors as necessary. All activities will align with the strategy, vision, and values of Bravia Services.

Experience & Education :

10 years in Information Technology, Security, Building Automation Systems, Fire Alarm, Digital Antenna Systems, or other data-related systems (Required)

10 years of project management experience (Required) – Industrial experience preferred

OSHA 10-hour certification (or greater)

Bachelor’s degree in construction management, IT, or a related field (equivalent relevant experience considered in lieu of education)

Working Environment :

Valid and unrestricted driver’s license

Ability to lift to 25 pounds

Willingness to travel and / or relocate as needed

Flexible hours to meet project needs

Exposure to various worksite conditions (hot / cold / outdoor environments)

Activity includes frequent sitting, computer use, standing, walking, occasional bending, climbing, and lifting

Key Responsibilities :

Uphold the company's safety culture and create an injury-free environment through personal actions and team mentoring

Coordinate technology-related design and construction efforts to ensure quality, financial, and technical standards

Provide expertise on design, installation, and network integration for automation and control systems

Perform quantity take-offs, vendor, and trade partner pricing to ensure accurate budget or hard bid proposals

Manage project budgets, schedules, staffing, billing, and collections for assigned projects

Develop and enforce company processes and standards, ensuring project alignment with Bravia Services’ core values

Oversee the project master schedule and identify key tasks, resources, and timing for project objectives (scope, schedule, cost, quality)

Track and report project milestones and communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders

Ensure proper management and archiving of project documents upon completion

Additional Responsibilities :

Facilitate the consulting process between internal teams and client / owner’s consultants and contractors

Participate in business development to expand Bravia Services' contributions to new projects

Support project pursuit activities to showcase the value-added services offered to clients

Conduct internal and external training sessions to promote the full scope of Bravia Services’ capabilities

Maintain professional knowledge through workshops, publications, networking, and professional organizations

Assist in recruiting, orienting, and training new team members

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :

Proficient in verbal and written communication

Intermediate proficiency in MS Office

Knowledgeable in project proposal development, fees, and work plans

Strong interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage and maximize project budgets and profitability

Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships within the project team and with external clients
