Job Title : Marketing Coordinator

Location : 42 W 39th Street, 10th Floor, New York, NY 10018

Job Type : Full Time Onsite Monday-Friday (8 : 30AM-5 : 15PM)

Job Description : BRAVO Group is seeking a creative, self-motivated, and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our proposal development team and collaborate with technical staff to develop high-quality business proposals and presentations. The ideal candidate has experience in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry, a strong writing background, and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead assigned proposal development processes, including messaging, storyboarding, production scheduling, writing, editing, and integrating graphics with technical content.

Collaborate with engineers, architects, graphic designers, executive leaders, and other proposal team members to develop compelling marketing materials.

Translate complex technical information into clear, persuasive, and visually engaging materials.

Organize and prioritize multiple simultaneous projects while maintaining quality and accuracy.

Participate in strategy meetings, assign action items, track progress, and coordinate deliverables.

Continuously refine marketing content to align with BRAVO Group's brand and industry best practices.

Minimum Requirements :

2 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the AEC industry.

Experience large-scale pursuits in engineering consulting or other technical fields.

Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Strong copywriting and editing skills, with a sharp eye for detail.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work under pressure.

Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and leverage the expertise of technical professionals.

A willingness to learn the nuances of architecture and engineering marketing.

Salary

65,000—$70,000 USD
