About the Role:

We are seeking a driven and dynamic Nursing Home Administrator to join our team as a Director of Business Development (no experience required) with the goal of expanding our business in the nursing home market. Bravo Care has a successful track record of working with nursing home administrators who have no business development experience and elevating them to become highly successful with strong six-figures in earnings.


The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, developing relationships with nursing home decision-makers, and ultimately closing deals to grow our customer base in the Pittsburgh market and nearby counties. The sales representative must be both personable and professional. This is a "boots on the ground" role that will require the candidate to be comfortable with face-to-face meetings, networking, and cold calling. The most successful people in this role will be tenacious, confident, and customer-focused, possessing pride in personal performance with a need-to-win mentality.

Objectives of this role:

  • Represent the company’s products and services, using consumer research as well as deep and comprehensive knowledge of how our solutions meet the needs of customers.
  • Meet weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas by successfully implementing sales and marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Generate leads and build relationships by organizing the daily work schedule meetings and contacting potential customers.
  • Develop and implement a territory action plan using comprehensive data analysis, and adjust sales techniques according to interactions and results in the field.


Responsibilities:

  • Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure that they receive exceptional service and to identify potential new sales opportunities.
  • Identify prospects, set appointments, and make effective qualifying sales meetings.
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to acquire new Nursing Home (Skilled Nursing Facilities) customers in the Pittsburgh market and nearby counties.
  • Travel Commitment: This role involves extensive travel, with at least 80% of your time spent on the road conducting face-to-face sales activities. A valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Pittsburgh market and nearby counties are essential.
  • Identify and research potential customers, including nursing homes and other long-term care facilities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders at nursing homes through in-person meetings, presentations, and follow-up communication.
  • Promote our company and services and work closely alongside an industry veteran.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Keep up-to-date on industry trends and changes in regulations that may impact our business and customers.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Proficiency with sales management software and CRM



Requirements:

  • Experience in the healthcare industry (administrator, DON, executive director, etc) or Sales experience in the healthcare industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
