Car Sales Executive
Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Provide information about available vehicles, including specifications, features, and pricing
- Conduct test drives with customers to showcase the performance and features of vehicles
- Negotiate sales prices and financing options to close deals
- Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation for vehicle sales
- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet monthly sales targets
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in car sales or a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of retail math and inventory control
- Ability to perform basic math calculations for pricing and financing options
- Organizational skills to manage multiple leads and follow-ups effectively
- Cold calling experience is a plus
