Job Description
As a Junior Microsoft 365 Engineer, you will play a key role in executing tenant-to-tenant migrations across Microsoft 365 environments. Your work will directly impact seamless transitions for end users by ensuring data security, integrity, and compliance. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you’ll develop migration documentation, troubleshoot issues, and create end-user resources.

- Migration Execution : Lead tenant-to-tenant migrations in Microsoft 365 environments, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Teams Chats, and more.
- Documentation : Create migration documentation, such as discovery reports, user mappings, and error logs.
- Automation : Manage migration tools and scripts to streamline migration processes and data validation.
- Issue Resolution : Troubleshoot migration-related issues, such as access permissions and data integrity concerns, to minimize disruptions.
- Collaboration : Work closely with the Migration Team, providing clear communication on task status and potential risks.
- End-User Support : Develop end-user documentation and provide training as needed post-migration.
- Continuous Learning : Stay up-to-date with Microsoft 365 technologies and build your expertise through ongoing training.
