Job Description
Are you experienced with O365 and Azure solutions, and interested in supporting federal agencies? As an O365 Specialist, you’ll lead O365 implementation, migration, and automation efforts while ensuring compliance with federal security and governance policies. You’ll work with DLP, SharePoint, and Exchange migrations, ensuring smooth operations within the federal cloud environment. This role provides the opportunity to enhance your skills while contributing to mission-critical government initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and configure O365 (Office 365) services, ensuring proper deployment and functionality.
- Manage Azure Identity and Sync services, ensuring seamless integration between cloud and on-premises environments.
- Deploy and configure Azure security features, including Sentinel and Defender, to secure O365 environments.
- Design and review Governance and Policy in both Azure and O365 environments to ensure best practices for security, compliance, and operations.
- Manage O365 Automation using PowerShell, including scripts for common administrative tasks and integration with ISD solutions.
- Oversee data migrations from legacy systems (e.g., Exchange migrations) and between O365 workloads.
- Manage Data Protection features such as DLP (Data Loss Prevention) and security within SharePoint and other O365 services.
- Provide Ops Center support for troubleshooting and ongoing service maintenance.
Required Skills
- Expertise in Azure for Identity Planning, Design, and Implementation, especially around Azure AD and Sync.
- Proficiency in deploying and configuring O365 services.
- Experience with O365 Governance and Policy for security and compliance.
- Strong skills in O365 Automation (PowerShell) to streamline tasks and workflows.
- Experience in Data Migrations, including Exchange migrations and workload/application migrations in O365.
- Knowledge of Data Protection strategies within O365, including DLP and SharePoint security.
- Support and troubleshooting experience in Ops Center for O365 services.
