Senior Digital Project Manager

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Senior Digital Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex digital projects. In this role, you will manage cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital solutions on time and within budget. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle—from conception to completion—ensuring alignment with strategic goals, stakeholder expectations, and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

• Project Planning & Execution :

Define project scopes, objectives, timelines, and deliverables. Develop comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and milestone tracking.

Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, marketers, and stakeholders, to ensure seamless execution and delivery of digital projects.

Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, expectations alignment, and regular project updates.

Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively address issues to minimize project disruptions and ensure successful delivery.

Apply appropriate project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches) to meet project goals efficiently.

Manage project budgets, ensuring financial oversight and cost control while optimizing resource allocation for maximum productivity.

Oversee quality control throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring digital deliverables meet business goals, technical requirements, and user expectations.

Monitor and report on project progress, performance, and key metrics to stakeholders and leadership teams.

Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA is a plus.

5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on digital or technology projects.

Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
