Responsibilities
- Utilize POS systems to process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with patrons and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and wines.
- Adhere to food safety protocols to maintain a clean and hygienic work environment.
- Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts.
- Utilize sales techniques to upsell menu items and increase revenue.
- Apply fine dining experience to create a high-quality dining experience for guests.
- Handle cash transactions and operate cash registers with precision.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Proficient in POS systems, including Aloha POS and Micros POS
- Strong customer service skills with experience in fine dining and banquet settings
- Knowledge of food safety protocols and handling procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent time management skills
- Previous experience in bartending, serving, and cash handling
- Familiarity with basic math for handling transactions accurately
