The first Bravo! Italian Kitchen location opened in 1992 in Columbus, Ohio. Since then, Bravo! has grown as a beloved Italian restaurant brand with multiple locations across the United States. Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, providing a positive first impression.
• Manage the to-go orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Assist guests with menu selections and provide recommendations when needed.
• Handle phone orders with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared correctly.
• Resolve any guest concerns or issues promptly and effectively.

Qualifications

• Host/hostess experience
• Food service background
• Strong customer service skills
• Previous restaurant experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Familiarity with POS systems
• Good phone etiquette
• Skilled in guest relations

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Up to $14.00 per hour
