Responsibilities
Customer Interaction : Greet customers as they enter the service area and courteously assess their vehicle service needs.
Service Coordination : Accurately document customer information and service requests, ensuring timely communication with the service team.
Estimate Preparation : Provide customers with detailed estimates on necessary services and repairs and answer any questions they may have.
Appointment Management : Schedule service appointments and manage the flow of vehicles through the service lane efficiently.
Quality Assurance : Inspect vehicles post-service to ensure all tasks were completed to satisfaction before returning them to the customer.
Customer Follow-Up : Follow-up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any further questions or concerns.
Requirement
Education : High school diploma or equivalent; additional automotive training or certifications are a plus.
Experience : Previous experience in an automotive service advisor role or similar customer service position is preferred.
Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Customer Service : Ability to deliver excellent customer service and handle inquiries and concerns with professionalism.
Organizational Skills : Strong ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively.
Technical Skills : Basic understanding of automotive systems and terminology.

Salary : $48,000 - $95,000
