Responsibilities


Front Desk Management: Greet all incoming clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism, directing them to the appropriate departments or personnel.

Phone Handling: Efficiently manage and route incoming calls, taking messages or providing necessary information when required.

Appointment Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments for clients, ensuring optimal customer service and operational flow.

Customer Assistance: Provide immediate assistance and address inquiries from clients and visitors.

Administrative Support: Assist with various clerical tasks such as maintaining records, managing correspondence, and organizing files.

Inventory: Maintain an organized and stocked reception area, ensuring brochures and promotional materials are available.

Communication: Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and subject matter expertise to enhance client experience.



Requirements


Experience: Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role is preferred.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Customer Service: Strong dedication to providing exceptional customer service.

Organization Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Technology: Proficiency with standard office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite.
