What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fundraising Associate position at Bravo Property Trust?
About us: Bravo Property Trust is a leading real estate lender specializing in providing single-source debt solutions to multifamily and healthcare sponsors. Our expertise lies in originating, underwriting and financing bridge-to-HUD transactions. We are seeking a talented and experienced investor relations associate to join our growing team.
1. Key Responsibilities:
- Fundraising Support: Prepare and produce content for internal and external consumption; assist in fundraising initiatives participating in roadshows, and maintaining relationships with potential investors, consultants and other intermediaries.
- Investor Relations Strategy: Develop and execute a strategy for ongoing engagement with existing investors, including regular meetings, calls and events to provide insights into fund performance, strategy and market conditions.
- Investor Communication: Build relationships with and manage ongoing communication with existing investors.
- Data Management and CRM: Maintain investor data and CRM systems to track communication, performance and engagement history, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Investor Meetings & Events: Organize and attend investor meetings, annual general meetings and investor events, ensuring the fund’s strategy and performance are clearly communicated and aligned with investor expectations
2. Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Business or related field; an MBA or relevant professional certification is a plus.
- 3-7 years' experience in Investor Relations or Capital Raising.
- Experience with public or private credit and/or real estate.
- Strong understanding of financial products, portfolio management, and real estate.
- Proven track record in investor communication and building lasting relationships with institutional investors.
- Exceptional presentation, written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts for a wide audience.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage. multiple priorities effectively.
3. Salary: $90k - $150K with potential for performance-based bonuses.
