About Us:
Bravo Site Works is a leading dry underground utility installation company dedicated to providing reliable and high-quality services. Our primary focus is on installing conduit and structures, particularly for our valued client, FPL (Florida Power & Light). In addition, our dedicated Fiber Communications Division specializes in the deployment of fiber optics, hand holes, and drops.
We are seeking a capable Operator to safely and efficiently operate a variety of heavy machinery and equipment. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with the following equipment: telehandler, mini excavator, reel trailer, skid steer, and line truck. Additionally, they must possess a valid driver's license and be capable of transporting equipment when necessary with company vehicles. Certain Applicants May Be Eligible for Company Vehicle & Gas Card!
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently operate a range of heavy machinery, including but not limited to telehandlers, mini excavators, reel trailers, skid steers, and line trucks.
- Perform routine equipment inspections to ensure safety and optimal functionality.
- Complete tasks involving excavation, material handling, and equipment transportation with precision and care.
- Adhere to established safety protocols and maintain a secure work environment.
- Operate vehicles for equipment transport as needed, ensuring all regulations are followed.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve project goals.
- Accurately documenting and reporting work activities, issues, and repairs.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience operating telehandlers, mini excavators, reel trailers, skid steers, and line trucks.
- Strong knowledge of safety procedures and best practices in heavy equipment operation.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Base Pay Rate is based on experience. This position is eligible for a Pay Rate review in 90 days.
