Job Summary
Bravo Trailers is a leading cargo/motorsports trailer manufacturer looking for a knowledgeable, energetic, and personable Parts Sales Coordinator who will deliver exceptional customer service to our valued dealers and clients. You have the opportunity to dramatically grow our parts sales.
Responsibilities & Duties
Assist customers via phone and email, and ensure that the customers are provided with their parts in an efficient and professional manner
Always provide exemplary, prompt customer service
Must be able to identify a variety of cargo trailer parts and help customers select the correct products. You will solve problems and sell parts to customers on the phone and via email.
Expand product and business knowledge by studying and staying current on relevant industry and product information
Maintain proficiency with all company business systems, including multiple computer functions
Perform other duties as assigned by direct supervisor in a professional and efficient manner
Coordinate the shipment of parts to meet customer due dates
Present a positive and professional image of our Company
Must be skilled in customer relations and able to resolve customer issues promptly.
Knowledge of cargo trailers is desired for this position
Sell products and/or services to repair the problem and meet customer needs
Grow Parts Sales 5-10% year-over-year
Provide back-up support for the Warranty Manager when needed
Coordinate with the sales team to develop and implement parts sales plan
Oversee parts marketing activities to achieve revenue goals
Identify new business opportunities to improve parts sales
Work with Sales team to develop promotional activities
Qualifications & Skills
Experience in cargo trailer industry and be familiar with cargo trailer parts and equipment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High level of computer literacy, experienced and proficient with Excel, in particular
Strong customer service skills
Experience with CRM system, a plus
Ability to organize and multi-task
Demonstrated ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
Keen attention to detail and a high level of initiative and ability to work independently
Demonstrated strong decision making and problem-solving skills
Ability to perform in a fast paced, stressful work environment
Ability to respond quickly, accurately and professionally to demands and requests from customers and employees
Experienced in using UPS & Fed Ex systems for processing shipments
Ability to lift 50-75 lbs. regularly
Associate’s degree in related field, a plus
This position reports to the Warranty & Service Manager
