Job Summary
Bravo Trailers has an immediate opening for an experienced Quality Inspector that is committed to quality and able to conduct full inspections of the interior and exterior of cargo trailer units.
Responsibilities and Duties
The Quality Inspector is responsible for inspecting cargo trailers, both the inside and outside of the unit, for any electrical, functional, or fit and finish defects, to ensure each trailer meets the quality standards of Bravo Trailers. The Inspector is required to document defects, handle minor repairs, re-check defects when fixed, and sign off on each cargo trailer that is released for shipment.
Qualifications and Skills
Experience in cargo trailer manufacturing/like industry, required
Quality inspection experience required
Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of an organization
Ability to operate tools and equipment necessary for minor repairs and ensure all functional parts of the trailer are in working order
Must be able to kneel and bend frequently, climb in and out of trailers, be on your feet all day
Able to lift and handle up to 25 lbs.
Accurately measure and use tape measure
Ability to read blueprints
Attention to detail; organized
Excellent attendance is a MUST
