Client : Start up in the IT industry - sells Cisco systems - more on the Networking side
SDR role starts out as an admin to help learn systems and products and then moves to SDR. For this junior role, they are open to new college grads or minimal sales experience. They will have them serve as an SDR where they will learn the business, the lingo, the products, and mainly set appointments for the outside sales team. If they've done a good job here, they will get promoted to an Outside Sales role.
Role – Hybrid Administrative duties to help learn the systems, products and networking language eventually moving into a hybrid admin plus appointment setting role.
Typical Tasks that are performed in this role :
- Accountable for meeting setting, outbound prospecting, conversion, quota, and activity metrics.
- Successful at navigating objections through value-driven messaging.
- Great at writing relevant emails and video prospecting to drive value for our customers.
- Build the pipeline in partnership with Sales
- Work inside Hubspot, Zoom and LinkedIn
