- Work Model: Hybrid 2 days onsite in Dallas
Basic Purpose: As an Enterprise Enablement Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the enterprise enablement team in creating, implementing and managing programs that enable our sales & retention teams to sell & retain more effectively. Your primary goal will be to drive the adoption of enterprise enablement-owned tools to improve the productivity of our sales & retention teams by providing them with the resources, training, and technology they need to generate more wins and enhance the prospect & ministry partner experience for all involved.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sales/retention leadership and cross-functional teams to identify training, streamlining, automation, hyper-automation, and development needs.
- Work as a technically proficient owner of state-of-the-art enablement tools including but not limited to Dynamics 365, Seismic and Outreach.
- Proactively coordinate with Enterprise Sales & Retention Teams to ensure an enhanced sales & retention process.
- Support enterprise business units by implementing solutions/strategies that drive results.
- Seek out, utilize, and maintain new and enhanced technology tools
- Use data analysis to identify trends and patterns that can inform the enterprise enablement strategy.
- Work with the enterprise enablement team to develop and implement training programs, processes, and other enablement tools to increase productivity.
- Work with marketing and internal teams to develop enablement content, including collateral, case studies and other resources.
- Develop metrics to measure the effectiveness of sales enablement programs and use data to continuously improve the enablement strategy.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with sales and retention team members to gain a deep understanding of their needs and ensure that sales enablement programs are tailored to their specific needs.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in enablement.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- High school diploma is required
- College degree is preferred
- Enablement experience preferred
- Seismic and Outreach experience preferred
- Strong technology skills and experience with enablement tools preferred
- Experience training and building out education strategies
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Experience working with methodologies and tools, such as playbooks, CRM systems, and training techniques related to sales & retention
- Ability to distribute reports from a variety of data sources
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment
- Travel is not more than 5%
