Testing Manager
We are searching for a Testing Manager to come in and immediately establish a testing strategy that will organize, coordinate and set up quality testing for the IT and business organizations.
Call Notes:
- This individual will need to help both IT and the business with a testing strategy that helps figure out how best to test, coordinate resources, and determine what sort of artifacts need to be gathered and leveraged to make sure quality testing is in place
- We need someone who will set up a formal QA group and business needs for testing
- Need someone that can make us coordinated, organized and good at testing
- Someone that will put people processes in place
- 85% of this role is (management) set up process, get things organized, share results
- Will work closely with business stakeholders, business testers and the program manager
- We need to make sure that the right test cases are being written
- We currently use Manual testing which is being done by BAs
- We are interested in moving into a more modern approach, but not yet
- We need a Testing Manager to help with testing across 7 related projects
- These 7 projects need business people to test because there is less technical stuff and more functional stuff
- 1 of the projects is a risk-based domain that deals with people being paid correctly in California
- Primarily focused on California, but applicable to all states that they do business
- Experience with California labor law is a plus, but not required
Salary : $60 - $85
