What are the responsibilities and job description for the Event Project Coordinator position at Bravura Technologies?
We are currently seeking experienced Event Project Coordinators to join our team and lead the implementation and configuration of Bravura software for our customers’ events. The specialist will be responsible for delivering Bravura software to Bravura’s customers - translating the customer requirements to our technical staff members who will build the software (mobile and web) for the customer.
The primary location for this role will be in our Roswell, GA office, but travel will be required for some events.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Manage multiple customer accounts
- Educate customers on the capabilities of Bravura's suite of software options
- Understand the main goals and objectives of the customer and map their requirements to the capabilities of Bravura's software
- Communicate effectively with customers and prospects
- Demonstrate creative strategizing and problem-solving skills
- Work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects
- Travel for on-site support to conferences and events
- Master and maintain detailed knowledge of Bravura's software, its configuration options, integration points, and best practices
- Consistently go above and beyond to give clients and event attendees the best experience
- Act as a team-player
- Display excellent written and verbal communication
