Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities :
Act as an ambassador for the quality organizationLead and manage product certification processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.Understand product certifications, certifying bodies, and certification processes to ensure the successful attainment and sustainability of all certifications.Coordinate quality management systems (QMS) audits across all global sites.Identify and execute opportunities to reduce auditing frequency & costs.Conduct internal and external audits to ensure adherence to QMS and regulatory requirements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for continuous improvement and implement effective solutions, utilizing Six Sigma principles.Analyze data and trends to identify potential quality issues and develop corrective and preventive actions.Initiate, lead investigation, verify effectives of corrective actions (CAR) as required.Provide training and support to staff on quality standards, Six Sigma principles, procedures, and best practices.Prepare and present reports to senior management, highlighting product certification status, quality management system status, key metrics and improvement initiatives.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in quality management practices.Knowledge
Technically adept at dealing with complex product and process problems in a timely manner.Intermediate to advanced user of Microsoft Office applications.Able to evaluate PowerBI reports and dashboardsAble to read and interpret standard English documentation such as work orders and work instructions, engineering drawings and dimensions, and measurement requirements.Quality Management System maintenanceContinual improvement processesSkills & Abilities

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality engineering role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001 : 2015 and other relevant quality standards.Six Sigma green belt highly preferred.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in using quality management software and tools.Physical Demands and Work Environment :
