What are the responsibilities and job description for the Seasonal Construction/Maintenance Laborer position at Bray & Company?
Bray & Company is currently looking for a Construction/Maintenance Laborer for our Maintenance and Construction Division. We are looking for someone who is a team player, eager to learn, can take initiative and work effectively alone or in a team environment.
What Will You Do?
As a Construction/Maintenance Laborer you will be working under the direction of the Maintenance & Construction Foreman for overall maintenance on residential and commercial properties. This position is perfect for those that like the variety in jobs every day. Bray offers on the job training for continuous growth in maintenance and construction.
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance repair work on properties.
- Lawncare & Sprinkler Repairs
- Snow Removal
- Perform small scale plumbing work (clearing stoppages, replacing garbage disposals etc.)
- Perform work on residential and commercial buildings ranging from small scale plumbing, painting, repairs, carpentry work, custodial work, grounds maintenance.
- Be responsible for upholding Bray’s standard for safety, quality, and customer service.
Qualifications
1. Ability to learn new skills on the job
2. Reliable work vehicle
3. Some type of training or experience in carpentry, light plumbing, light electrical work, painting, refurbishing and cleaning and/or air conditioning is preferred but not required.
4. Background and Drug Test required
5. Valid Colorado driver’s license
