Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate Warehouse Operations: Collaborate with the Warehouse Lead to streamline workflows, assess capacity, and identify bottlenecks in operations to ensure efficient handling of expedited requests.
- Service and Repair Scheduling: Facilitate communication between the warehouse and shop service teams, confirming workflow requirements are complete, ensuring timely scheduling of repairs and services to maximize resource availability.
- Capacity Planning: Analyze personnel availability and plan accordingly to optimize labor resources, ensuring all service and warehouse commitments are met on time.
- Order Monitoring: Track orders from placement to delivery, ensuring timely fulfillment and addressing any potential delays or issues proactively.
- Inventory Awareness and Feedback: Maintain awareness of inventory levels and delivery performance, providing feedback on recurring stockouts or supply issues to support inventory management improvements.
- Operational Reporting Assistance: Assist in monthly operational reporting to identify issues with on-time delivery and provide improvement suggestions.
- Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work closely with operations and sales teams to meet project timelines and align with customer expectations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years in warehouse operations, supply chain management, or logistics.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems; strong knowledge of industrial distribution processes and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities for effective collaboration with suppliers, internal teams, and customers.
