To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- 10 years of experience as an estimator in hard bid and unit-priced work
- Bachelor's degree in business, civil engineering, construction management, or related field
- Proficiency in HCSS HeavyBid estimating electronic estimating system and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
