Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ACI Certified Shotcrete Nozzleman to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in shotcrete application, ensuring high-quality structural and architectural finishes in various construction projects. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under varying site conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate shotcrete equipment to apply concrete to structural surfaces.
- Maintain strict adherence to project specifications, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Ensure proper mixing, handling, and spraying techniques to achieve the desired structural integrity and finish.
- Inspect equipment before and after use to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and other construction professionals to meet project deadlines and quality expectations.
- Follow ACI shotcrete placement techniques and industry best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to shotcrete application.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- ACI Certified Shotcrete Nozzleman (Wet Mix Process).
- Minimum [3] years of hands-on experience in shotcrete application.
- Strong knowledge of concrete curing, and application techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans.
- Familiarity with construction safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Physical ability to handle heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in infrastructure shotcrete applications.

Safety Sensitive Position:
This is a Safety Sensitive Position requiring work on project sites, including federal projects. Project sites contain various safety hazards associated with heavy construction. This position may also entail project site work at night and on weekends on an as needed basis. This position will be subject to more stringent drug testing and compliance policies associated with our status as a Federal Contractor.
